NCUA announces tentative date for upcoming board meeting

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has announced that its next Board of Directors meeting is tentatively scheduled for July 24, 2025, at 10:00 am Eastern. The NCUA has updated this information on its website. According to the agency, projected meeting dates are placeholders set at the end of the previous year and should be considered tentative until a formal notice is issued. Future agendas and schedules may change.

Meetings take place at NCUA headquarters located at 1775 Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia. Visitors planning to attend in person are encouraged to register beforehand and must enter through the Visitor Center on Diagonal Road. Additionally, open Board meetings are available via livestream on the NCUA's YouTube channel.

The NCUA is an independent federal agency established by Congress to regulate, charter, and supervise federal credit unions. It manages the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund with support from the U.S. government, insuring deposits for over 135 million account holders across federal and most state-chartered credit unions. The agency also focuses on consumer protection and financial literacy education.
