Your.World, a prominent provider of online solutions in Europe, has secured €800 million through preferred equity from Ares Management Credit funds and Carlyle. The investment aims to support Your.World’s growth strategy and enhance its service offerings.

Founded in 2016 by Strikwerda Investments, Your.World has become a key player in web hosting, online productivity, and managed IT services. With over 2,000 employees and operations across 45 brands, the company serves more than one million customers under its Your.Online and Your.Cloud divisions.

The company’s approach combines disciplined capital allocation with a decentralized operating model. This strategy has positioned Your.World as a significant entity in the European SME sector. The company foresees further expansion opportunities.

“As Your.World pursues its long-term ambitions, we are pleased to welcome the additional partnership capital and expertise from two leading global investors, Ares and Carlyle,” said Robin van Poelje, CEO of Your.World. “Their financial and strategic support reinforces our ability to drive accelerated growth while continuing to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our customers. We look forward to seizing the opportunities that lie ahead.”

James Kim from Ares expressed enthusiasm for this collaboration: “We are excited to be investing in Your.World as it enters its next chapter of growth,” he stated. “The combination of Your.World’s demonstrated history of execution, sector leadership, strong management and robust M&A pipeline underscore our conviction in its ability to generate significant value over the long-term.”

Taj Sidhu from Carlyle also commented on the strategic importance of this investment: “We are delighted to provide this strategic capital financing to Your.World. The business is a leader in a resilient and fragmented market.”

J.P. Morgan acted as exclusive financial adviser for Strikwerda Investments & Your.World regarding this strategic investment.
