Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent has announced the launch of a new platform called “Working Family Tax Cuts: Ushering in a New Golden Age.” The initiative is intended to give Americans detailed information about President Trump’s economic policies, which focus on supporting families, workers, and economic growth.

“Treasury is opening the books for the American people,” Secretary Bessent said. “Starting with the historic Working Families Tax Cuts, we want Americans to see exactly how the President’s policies will strengthen small businesses, allow workers to keep more of their hard-earned money and spur economic growth as we head into this historic anniversary of our great nation.”

The platform will begin by outlining several policies that were enacted on July 4th, 2025. These include permanent tax cuts aimed at increasing tax refunds and paychecks starting in 2026. Other policy areas covered by the initiative involve expanding financial benefits for workers and families, promoting economic security through specific savings accounts referred to as “Trump Accounts,” encouraging investment in domestic research and development, supporting school choice programs, addressing diversity initiatives, strengthening border protections, assisting farmers and ranchers, rewarding work efforts, supporting families and life issues, ensuring energy independence for the United States, and safeguarding taxpayer funds from misuse.

These measures are presented as part of an effort to provide transparency around federal economic strategies and their impact on American households.
