Richmond Federal Reserve Bank President Tom Barkin is set to address The Health Management Academy in Chicago on August 12, 2025. The event will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, with Barkin’s speech scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Central Time. The bank announced that the text of the speech will be made available at that time on its official website.

The event will include an audience question-and-answer session following Barkin’s remarks.
