This proposed rule is relevant to insured state non-member banks looking to establish a branch or relocate their main office or branch. It also applies to insured branches of foreign banks intending to change locations. The proposal highlights key elements that are expected to streamline these processes.
Stakeholders are invited to submit their written feedback on this proposed rule within 60 days following its publication in the Federal Register.
