Elior Group and IBM have announced a collaboration aimed at creating an "agentic AI & Data Factory" to enhance Elior Group's innovation, digital transformation, and operational performance. The initiative is part of Elior's strategy to maintain its leadership in contract catering and services for businesses and local authorities.

The collaboration involves leveraging IBM’s expertise in data and AI to optimize Elior Group's operational processes and develop innovative solutions for its customers. IBM will contribute by setting up AI agents capable of autonomously processing large data quantities to boost the performance of Elior Group's business units.

A central component of this partnership is the creation of an “Agentic AI & Data Factory,” a platform designed to manage AI agents across Elior Group's operations globally. This platform will be adaptable and scalable to meet the specific needs of each entity within the group.
