The IBM board of directors has approved an increment in the regular quarterly cash dividend to $1.68 per common share. This is set to be distributed on June 10, 2025, to stockholders of record as of May 9, 2025.

This marks the 30th consecutive year that IBM has increased its quarterly cash dividend. The company has consistently paid quarterly dividends since 1916.

Commenting on this, a representative noted, “This is the 30th year in a row that IBM has increased its quarterly cash dividend.” This decision reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to providing value to its shareholders.
