The Federal Reserve Board has made public the minutes from its recent meetings concerning the discount rates for depository institutions. These minutes pertain to meetings held on May 19, June 9, and June 18, 2025.
The Board’s approach to setting the discount rate is separate from that of the Federal Open Market Committee, which sets the target range for the federal funds rate.
