The Federal Reserve Board has approved a proposal by BancFirst Corporation, based in Oklahoma City, to acquire AmeriBank Holding Company. This acquisition also includes the indirect purchase of American Bank of Oklahoma, both located in Collinsville.

According to the Federal Reserve Board, “The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the proposal by BancFirst Corporation, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to acquire AmeriBank Holding Company, and thereby indirectly acquire American Bank of Oklahoma, both of Collinsville, Oklahoma.”
