FDIC releases summary of September 2025 enforcement actions

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has released its list of administrative enforcement actions taken in September 2025. According to the agency, a total of 11 orders and two adjudicated Decisions and Orders were issued during the month.

The enforcement actions included four prohibition orders, one combined prohibition order and order to pay, two orders terminating consent orders, four orders of termination of insurance, and two adjudicated Decisions and Orders. The FDIC stated that there are no administrative hearings scheduled for November 2025.
