FDIC releases November 2025 enforcement actions against banks and individuals

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has released its list of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals for November 2025. According to the FDIC, there are no administrative hearings scheduled for January 2026.

In November, the FDIC made public seven orders, including one that had been previously omitted by mistake. The enforcement actions include one consent order, two prohibition orders, two orders terminating consent orders, one order of termination of insurance, and one order terminating proceedings.
