FDIC releases July 2025 enforcement actions; no September hearings scheduled

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has released its list of administrative enforcement actions taken in July 2025. According to the FDIC, there are no administrative hearings planned for September 2025.

In July, the agency issued ten safety and soundness orders. These included seven orders that terminated previous consent orders, two prohibition orders, and one combined order of prohibition and order to pay.
