FDIC discloses February enforcement actions with seven safety orders issued

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has released its list of administrative enforcement actions executed in February 2025. No administrative hearings are scheduled for April 2025.

In February, the FDIC issued seven safety and soundness orders. These included one order to terminate a consent order and six orders to terminate a total of 100 waiver orders under Section 19 of the FDI Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1829, commonly known as Section 19 waiver orders.
