FDIC announces December 2025 enforcement actions against banks and individuals

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has released its list of administrative enforcement actions for December 2025. According to the agency, five orders were issued during the month. These included two orders that terminated consent orders and three that involved the termination of insurance.

No administrative hearings are scheduled for February 2026.
