FDIC announces August 2025 enforcement actions against banks and individuals

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has released its list of administrative enforcement actions for August 2025. The agency reported that it issued a total of 14 orders and one notice during the month. These actions included two orders of prohibition, three consent orders, three orders terminating consent orders, and six orders terminating a combined total of 100 waiver orders.

According to the FDIC, there are no administrative hearings scheduled for October 2025.
