The Carlyle Group Inc. has announced plans to release its financial results for the second quarter of 2025 on August 6, 2025. The announcement will be followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EDT, which will be accessible via public webcast from the Events & Presentations section of ir.carlyle.com. A replay of the call will also be available.

During the call, Chief Executive Officer Harvey Schwartz, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy John Redett, and Head of Public Market Investor Relations Daniel Harris will review the financial results.

The earnings release will be distributed through all Carlyle channels, including their website’s Earnings Releases section and social media accounts on X and LinkedIn.
